If you are placing duplicate link while 1 is already in process then it'll be your loss , no refunds for such orders will be made! If your Followers/Likes Order is Partialled and service is with Guarantee, we will not offer any Refills/Refunds in such cases as we partial because of your old drops especially counts like 500k , 1m , 2m etc , If your order is dropped and you have placed new Order without refilling your old order. It will be your loss , we wont be able to help you in this case. If You are ordering any Refill service and in between you used any No refill service , your refill validity will be over for your old orders.

Refund Policy

1. There are no refunds after a deposit was made. There is no way to reverse it.
2. You must use your balance to execute orders on Magiclikes.
3. You agree to the fact that once a payment is completed, you will not open dispute or a chargeback against Magiclikes.
4. If you file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve rights to cancel your all future orders, ban you from Magiclikes and remove all social media services delivered to you.
5. We will not allow fraudulent activity such as stolen credit cards, unauthorized activity on our website and such accounts will be suspended.
6. Magiclikes is designed for Social media resellers worldwide
There are no refunds for completed orders.

Service

1. Magiclikes is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.
It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Magiclikes at your own risk.
2. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
3. We require your Instagram username to obtain required information for the Instagram API. We do not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your username to any third parties.
4. The expected number of followers, likes, and views is not guaranteed to you in any way.
5. We have right to close any old accounts where its not used or opened or inactive for long period of the time without any notice.
6. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.
7. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to ensure their accounts are set to “public” during their use of the Magiclikes service. Any downtime of service in relation to a client changing their profile to “private” will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time.
8. You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor.
9. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
10. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
